that the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, October~,

Chambers in Chanhassen CIty Hall,
7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of
this hearing is to consider a request
for Site Plan Review for the
construction of an 8,068 square-foot
building on property zoned Central
Business District with an area of 1.24
acres located at the southeast
intersection of West 78'h Street and
Great Plains Boulevard. Applicant:
Fred Riese.

the proposal is availabl~ for pubhc
review at City Hall dunng regular
business hours. All intereste.d
