PLANNING CASE NO. 04-40
CITY OF CHANHASSEN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, November 16
2004, at 7:00 p.m. in the Councií
Chambers in Chanhassen City Hall,
7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of
this hearing is to consider a request
for site plan approval for an 18,200
square-foot commercial building with
a variance on 1.35 acres zoned Planned
Unit Development, located at the
southeast corner of Lake Drive and
Great Plains Boulevard ~ Village on
the Ponds BuildingC-1. Applicant: VOP
I,LLC.
A plan showing the location of the
proposal is available for public review
at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are
invited to attend this public hearing
and express their opinions with respect
to this proposal.
