NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2014-05
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for
a Wetland Alteration Permit for proposed roadway reconstruction and improvement project of the
segment of CSAH 18 (Lyman Boulevard) between CSAH 15 (Audubon Road) and CSAH 17 (Powers
Boulevard). Applicant: Carver County.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2014-05 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
