PLANNING CASE NO. 2014-06
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, April 15, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen City
Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a
Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment
of 3.26 acres from Public/Semi-Public to Residential
Rezoning
Low Density; of 3.26 acres from Office Institutional District (OI) to Single Family
Preliminary Plat Review
Residential District (RSF); and of 54.67 acres into 5 lots on property
ARBOR COVE
located at 3121 Westwood Drive – . Applicant: Dogwood Road, LLC. Owner:
Westwood Church.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2014-06 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
