NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2014-11
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, April 15, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen City
Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for preliminary plat
review to combine two parcels into one lot on approximately two acres of property zoned Highway
and Business Services District (BH), located at 7910 Dakota Avenue and the adjacent parcel to the
west; and site plan review with variances for an 8,000 square-foot retail building – DAKOTA
RETAIL. Applicant: Mohagen Hansen Architectural Group. Owner: Center Companies, LLC.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2014-11 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
