Should the use be limited to the Single - Family District or can it be allowed in the RLM
District as well? The minimum lot size is 15,000 square feet in the RSF District and
9,000 square feet in the RLM District.
Should the use be permitted on cul -de -sacs or limited to through streets only? How
would such use significantly impact the trip generation?
If these units became permanent, which is a probable reality, should such units be
counted toward the allowed density for the district?
RECOMMENDATION
Staff is seeking feedback and direction from the Planning Commission to consider drafting an
ordinance that would address the issues listed above.
