Westwood Community Church would like to request that the zoning designation of the Hope House
property on our campus be changed from Rural Residential to Office /Institutional to match the rest of
the Westwood campus. I understand this may be converted at or near the time of closing with
Dogwood Road, LLC for the Arbor Cove development. Please let me know if there's anything other than
this request that you need.
