NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2014-12
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for preliminary
and final plat with variances to subdivide 2.4 acres into one lot on property zoned Single Family
Residential (RSF) and located at 6260 Chaska Road (Outlot A, Black Walnut Acres).
Applicant/Owner: Fazel and Sarika Haris.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2014-12 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
