NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2014-13
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for revocation of
the following Conditional Use Permits:
CUP 2003-08 to allow a food processing facility in an existing industrial office building located
at 8170 Mallory Court
CUP 1997-05 to allow the installation of a ham radio tower at 1905 Stoughton Avenue
CUP 1984-20 to allow a contractors yard at 7300 Galpin Boulevard
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2014-13 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
