NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2014-16
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for an “after-
the-fact” Interim Use Permit for approximately 18,050 cubic yards of fill that was placed on Lot 7,
Block 1, The Hesse Farm 2nd Addition (1701 Bluff Creek Drive) between May and October, 2013;
and a request for an Interim Use Permit for approximately 6,990 cubic yards of fill on Lots 6 and
7, Block 1, The Hesse Farm 2nd Addition (1601 & 1701 Bluff Creek Drive). The properties are
zoned Rural Residential. Applicant: Eureka Construction. Owner: Brad Moe.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2014-16 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
