agent of the publisher of the newspapers known as the Chaska Herald and the Chanhassen Vil-

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tues'day, April 5, 2005, at
7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market
Blvd. The·purpose oqhis hearing is
to consider a request for a Land Use
Amendment from Parks and Open
Space to Commercial; Subdivision
approval for two lots and Site Plan
Review with variances for a 12,500
square-foot building for a Water
Treatment Plant and an 8,100 square-
foot Back Wash Tank. Applicant: City
of Chanhassen.
A plan showing the location of the
proposal is available for public review
at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are
invited to attend this public hearing
and express their opinions with respect
to this proposal.
(A) These newspapers have complied with the requirements constituting qualification as a legal
newspaper, as provided by Minnesota Statute 33IA.02, 33IA.07, and other applicable laws, as
amended.
(B) The printed public notice that is attached to this Affidavit and identified as No. L}lJ 81
was published on the date or dates and in the newspaper stated in the attached Notice and said
Notice is hereby incorporated as part of this Affidavit. Said notice was cut from the columns of
the newspaper specified. Printed below is a copy of the lower case alphabet from A to Z, both
inclusive, and is hereby acknowledged as being the kind and size of type used in the composition
and publication of the Notice:
