RESOLUTION REVOKING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #2003 -08
ALLOWING A FOOD PROCESSING FACILITY
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit #2003 -08 allowing a food processing facility was
approved for the property on December 8, 2003.
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit #2003 -08 was recorded in the Office of the Registrar
of Titles in Carver County, Minnesota, as Document No. T145034 on March 24, 2004.
WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is: Lot 1, Block 1, Chanhassen Lakes
Business Park 8a Addition.
WHEREAS, the property has not been used for a food processing facility within the past
six (6) months, making the conditional use void per Section 20 -236 of the Chanhassen City
Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
revokes Conditional Use Permit #2003 -08 for a food processing facility.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 27' day of May, 2014.
