You drainage area is correct for what they've submitted. The 16.69 ac area does include 0.8 acres of off-site drainage
which they'll need to get credit for. Also, we are going to recommend that they increase their ponds to accommodate the
Shively Addition drainage. Let me know if you have further questions.

When you have a minute...
Based on the preliminary storm water cales, it appears that the Pinehurst ponds will receive 16.69 acres of
drainage, with the rest of the runoff using other ponds, etc. Bob mentioned we were going to require Pinehurst to
provide ponding for the Shively Addition as well. Is that still the case? I'm just working on the SWMP fees for my
report.
