Review of proposed subdivision: Pinehurst
Planning Case: 04-36
I have reviewed the plans for the above subdivision and have the following
conditions and comments:
1. A final grading plan and soils report must be submitted to the Inspections
Division before building permits will be issued.
2. Demolition permits must be obtained prior to demolishing any structures on
the site.
3. Separate water and sewer services must be provided for each lot.
4. Permits are required for retaining walls. Walls over four feet high must be
designed by a professional engineer.
S. The developer must submit proposed street names for review for both public
and private streets.
