SUBJ:
Site Plan review for a retail building located at the SW intersection
of Highways 7 & 41, Chanhassen 7 & 41 Retail Center. Flip Jam
LLC.
Planning Case: 04-34
I have reviewed the plans for the above building received by the Planning
Department on September 17,2004. Following are my comments, which should be
included as conditions of approval.
1. The building is required to be protected by automatic fIre extinguishing
systems.
2. The plans must be prepared and signed by design professionals licensed in
the State of Minnesota.
3. Submit a site plan indicating the location of all property lines.
4. An eight foot access aisle is required for the accessible parking space
5. Detailed occupancy related requirements cannot be reviewed until complete
plans are submitted.
6. The owner and or their representative shall meet with the Inspections
Division as soon as possible to discuss plan review and permit procedures.
