REMARKS Here is the plat and the amount of admin fees that the City has received. We have also received the letter
pf credit and signed Development Contract. I will send you the DC as soon as the mayor and City Manager sign it. We
still need a conservation easement which I will send to you for recording when we get it. I believe the developer wants to
close on Monday, Sept. 27'h, so if you can coordinate the release of the plat it would be appreciated. If you have any
questions, feel free to give me a call.
