Site Plan review for: Frontier Second Addition
Planning Case: 04-26
I have reviewed the plans for the above development and have the following
conditions:
1. Final grading plans and soil reports must be submitted to the Inspections
Division before building permits will be issued.
2. Lots 1,2 and 3 must be provided with separate sewer services be served by a
public line.
3. Retaining walls over 4' high require a permit and must be designed by an
engineer licensed in the State of Minnesota.
4. Demolition permits must be obtained before demolishing any structures.
