Dear Bill:
Lot 2, Block 1, Galpin Business Park, has been leased. Enclosed please find two copies
of the above permit which have been signed by the developer and consented to by the
owner. I have been instructed by the tenant to forward this directly to the City to
expedite processing of the permit. I did not know who it should be directed to at the City,
so I am sending it to you. If you are not the correct person, please see that it gets to the
appropriate party.
Once the Site Plan Permit has been executed on behalf of the City of Chanhassen, I
would appreciate receiving a copy ofthe same for my file.
