4) Sheet M-1.3. The plans show low pressure gas and a condensate piping
system from the RTU's. Both of these items comply with code, but are not
. typically installed. Revised plans are required if any changes are done to
approved plans. Informational only.

9) Sheet P-1.3. Verify all piping on the water purification system complies with
the MPC. MPC 4715.0410
Other issues may arise which will also require your attention. Changes made by
issuing revised plan sheets must have the revision clouded and the revision
date shown. Submit three copies of only those sheets being revised, one with
the original signature of the design professional. Changes to the plans by
addenda, bulletin or similar methods must also be submitted in the same fashion.
In the event that plumbing and/or mechanical contractors wish to submit alternate
plans, such plans must be signed by a Minnesota licensed mechanical engineer and
approved by the "designated design professional" (James R. Fox) named on "Sheet
CS, Team Members" of the CVS Pharmacy plans.
