PARKING
Recently, the City has revised the parking stall regulations in the City Code.
Specifically, the change increased the width of parking stalls for 90-degree angle
parking lots from 8.5-feet to 9-feet. As such, the plans for CVS Pharmacy must be
revised to comply with the current ordinance.
RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1. Revise the width of the parking stalls to the current 9-foot wide requirement.
