CVS/pharrnacy Building Permit Review
I have reviewed the building permit set plans dated July 8, 2004 and July 20,2004 for
CVS/pharmacy. Following are my comments:
The site plan agreement must be executed and the security specified therein submitted
prior to building permit issuance.
The developer shall provide a bike rack, and install benches on both the Highway 5 and
Galpin Boulevard sides of the building.
Gate material for the compactor and dumpster enclosures shall not be chain link.
The four foot fence along the top of the retaining wall shall be green vinyl coated.
The applicant is to work with staff to increase berming along Highway 5 and Galpin
Boulevard.
