Please find the attached plans and information for your review and approval of the above referenced site.
Twenty six full size sets and one reduced set of site civil plans are submitted as requested in your review
letter dated May 17, 2004. The items from your letter have been addressed as follows:
1. A Grading, Drainage, & Erosion Control Plan has been prepared.
2. A Site Utility Plan has been prepared.
3. Site drainage has been directed, via storm sewer, to the existing approved storm water
drainage pond directly east of the existing gas station/convenience store.
4. A boundary survey of the property is being submitted.
5. 50-scale drawings of the utility and grading plans are being submitted.
6. A landscape plan has been prepared.
7. A lighting photometric plan has been prepared.
8. The applicant wishes to work with staff on the building materials (Le. EIFS, windows, etc.)
to meet the intent of the P.U.D. requirements.
9. Thirteen copies of the 11" x 17" colored renderings have been included.
