A few questions I have on Yoberry:
~Can the access from 41 that is going to be used for grading traffic be used for home
. construction and contractors or will the timing of that be too long?
~~s)- what are we doing? dedication funds, building a park near there? are they going
~~ using the Longacres park? Is the Longacres park a private park funded by Longacres
association dues?
Traffic/Roads - When Highover and Hunter Drive were built was this type of development and
access anticipated? Can they realisttically and safely handle a higher level of traffic.
What calming measures do we have that can be used in Yoberry to mitigate cut-through
traffic? You can either respond by email or I will call on Monday afternoon.
