· Engineer's Cost Estimate (Actual bid supplied by Developer)
· Ten folded sets of Final Plat, one reduction (will email the digital files)
· Digital copy oflegal description (will email)
· Copy of lot area tabulation
· 1" = 200' scale of final plat
