Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen hereby grants an interim use permit (after- the -fact) for the following use: To permit approximately 18,050 cubic yards of fill that was placed on 1701 Bluff Creek Drive, plans prepared by Jacobson Engineers & Surveyors dated April 15, 2014. 2. Prop . The permit is for the following property situated in the City of Chanhassen, Carver County, Minnesota, and legally described as: Lot 7, Block 1, The Hesse Farm 2nd Addition 3. Conditions. The permit is issued to import fill to the site subject to the following conditions: a. The applicant must comply with the conditions stated in MnDOT's May 7, 2014 letter. b. A $2,000 escrow must be submitted to ensure that the site is revegetated and the access area is stabilized. 4. Termination of Permit. The City may revoke the permit following a public hearing for violation of the terms of this permit. 5. Lapse. If within one year of the issuance of this permit the authorized construction has not been substantially completed or the use commenced, this permit shall lapse, unless an extension 1 is granted in accordance with the Chanhassen Zoning Ordinance. 6. Criminal Penalty. Violation of the terms of this conditional use permit is a criminal misdemeanor. 7. This permit shall expire with the completion of the site improvements approved by this permit and compliance with the conditions of MnDOT May 7, 2014.
