RESOLUTION REVOKING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT#2003-08
ALLOWING A FOOD PROCESSING FACILITY
WHEREAS,Conditional Use Permit#2003-08 allowing a food processing facility was
approved for the property on December 8,2003.
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit#2003-08 was recorded in the Office of the Registrar
of Titles in Carver County, Minnesota, as Document No. T145034 on March 24, 2004.
WHEREAS,the legal description of the property is: Lot 1,Block 1, Chanhassen Lakes
Business Park 8th Addition.
WHEREAS,the property has not been used for a food processing facility within the past
six (6) months,making the conditional use void per Section 20-236 of the Chanhassen City
Code.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
revokes Conditional Use Permit#2003-08 for a food processing facility.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 27th day of May, 2014.
