RESOLUTION REVOKING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT#1997-05
ALLOWING A HAM RADIO TOWER
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit#1997-05 allowing a ham radio tower was approved
for the property on December 1, 1997.
WHEREAS,the property is located at 1905 Stoughton Avenue(PID 25-0030210).
WHEREAS,the property has not been used for a ham radio operation within the past six
(6)months,making the conditional use void per Section 20-236 of the Chanhassen City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
revokes Conditional Use Permit#1997-05 for a ham radio tower.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 27th day of May,2014.
