RESOLUTION REVOKING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT#1984-20
ALLOWING A CONTRACTOR'S YARD
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit#1984-20 allowing a contractor's yard was approved
for the property on February 4, 1985.
WHEREAS,the property is located at 7300 Galpin Boulevard(PID 25-0101700).
WHEREAS,the property has not been used for a contractor's yard within the past six(6)
months, making the conditional use void per Section 20-236 of the Chanhassen City Code.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
revokes Conditional Use Permit#1984-20 for a contractor's yard.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 27th day of May,2014.
