As you are already aware, I represent Mr. Gayle Degler and Mrs. Lois Degler. I am writing to
confirm our conversation today whereby you agreed to allow the accessory structure located next to
the city lift station (PID 250220800) to remain in place until the Property (the "Property ") is
developed. Further, upon any development of the Property, Mr. and Mrs. Degler have agreed to
remove the structure. I appreciate your willingness to reach a mutual resolution. Please contact me
