of a 199 foot commercial radio tower and antenna and an 8' x 16' building for the property in the
City of Chanhassen, Carver County, Minnesota:
Parcel #1: All that part of Government Lot 1, Section 36, Township 116, Range 23,
Carver County, Minnesota which lies Northerly of trunk highway No. 212; and
Parcel #2: All that part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 116, Range
23, lying Easterly of the Easterly right of way of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway
(formerly the Minneapolis and S1. Louis Railway) containing 45 acres, more or less,
according to the Government Survey thereof, Carver County, Minnesota;
and filed for record November 9, 1987, as Document No. 91610, in the Office of the County
Recorder of Carver County, Minnesota, is hereby terminated.
