A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION
CREATING TWO LOTS OUT OF THREE LOTS
LAKESIDE 8TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, Ron Clark Construction (REC, Inc.) has requested a subdivision of the
property (replat of Lots 1 -3, Block 3, Lakeside 7a' Addition) into two (2) lots; and
WHEREAS, the Chanhassen City Council held a public hearing on March 10, 2014, and
found the plan consistent with the Chanhassen Comprehensive Plan and Zoning ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
approves Lakeside 8"' Addition (Planning Case #2014 -04) for Ron Clark Construction (REC,
Inc.) for property legally described as Lots 1 -3, Block 3, Lakeside 7a` Addition, Carver County,
Minnesota, subject to the following conditions:
1. The development shall comply with the conditions of approval for Lakeside 7' Addition.
2. The reduction of one lot will require that the City process a $1,400 credit in park fees.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 10th day March of 2014.
