This office is legal counsel for the City of Chanhassen. At the request of
R.E.C., Inc., I have enclosed herewith for recording the following documents relating
to the Plat of Lakeside Eighth Addition:
1. Official final plat mylar for Lakside Eighth Addition;
2. Three paper copies of final plat (1" — 200' scale) (one each to County
Auditor, County Assessor and County Surveyor); and
3. Certified copy of City of Chanhassen Resolution No. 2014 -16A
approving a subdivision creating two lots out of three lots.
R.E.C., Inc. must deliver to you a Mortgage Holder Consent to Plat signed by
U.S. Bank National Association in the form attached hereto.
The documents must be recorded in the following order
1. Resolution No. 2014 -16A;
2. Mortgage Holder Consent to Plat executed by U.S. Bank National
Association; and
3. Plat Mylar for Lakeside Eighth Addition.
Please note that all costs associated with recording the above documents will be paid
by R.E.C., Inc.
As soon as all documents have been recorded with the County, please provide
this office with the appropriate recording information by requesting the County
Recorder to complete the enclosed blue "Filing of Documents" sheet and emailing

the completed sheet to me. The City will not permit the developer to start work on the project until
we receive the recording information.
In addition, please return to me the original recorded Resolution No. 2014 -16A and
Mortgage Holder Consent to Plat.
