Specifically, for tower appurtenances (antennas and lightening rod tip heights) which is 3.1 feet greater than the original approved tower height of 115 feet AGL. Verizon Wireless, is the tower subtenant of American Tower Corporation occupying this portion of the tower and they are currently seeking to make improvements to the existing tower in order to improve coverage and capacity for their wireless service quality in the area. This involves removing and replacing (6) existing panel antennas with (6) new panel antennas and ancillary support equipment consistent with the existing antennas which is attached at the centerline of 114 feet AGL with tip heights of 118.1 feet AGL. A professional set of signed and sealed site drawings dated April 17, 2014, included with this application submittal depict the tower with the existing and proposed equipment. Additionally, a structural analysis dated, January 9th, 2014, prepared by American Tower Engineering Services also included with this submittal confirms the additional equipment loading and was determined to capable (passing) of accommodating the proposed equipment loading. Notices. Lapse. Assignable. This conditional use permit is issued for the particular use and is not personal. The City shall be notified in writing at the address provided in section 5 above of any changes in the leasehold interest or ownership of the underlying property at least thirty (30) days prior to such change. 10. Criminal Penalty. Violation of the terms of this conditional use permit is a criminal misdemeanor.
