NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2014-26
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, September 2, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for
Amendment to Conditional Use Permit 1990 -03 to extend the height of an existing wireless
tower on 3.32 acres of property zoned Agricultural Estate (A2) and located at 2290 Lyman
Boulevard (Outlot B, Stone Creek First Addition). Applicant: American Tower Corporation.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us /2014 -26 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
