Dear Mr. Generous:
I am returning to you the two unrecorded Quit Claim Deeds executed by Mr.
and Mrs. Meyer. The following information should be added or corrected on the
Quit Claim Deeds:
1. When citing Jay Meyer and Debra Meyer, "husband and wife" rather
than "married" should be typed;
2. The Meyers should decide how they want to take title to the property,
either as joint tenants or tenants in common and should type that
information in after their names as Grantees. For example, ... hereby
conveys and quitclaims to Jay Meyer and Debra Meyer, husband and
wife, as joint tenants, not as tenants in common ( "Grantee ")... or, if
they are taking it as tenants in common, that should be typed in after
their names;
3. The addition name is Stoddart Addition not Stoddard Addition;
4. The acknowledgment on the second page should cite Jay Meyer and
Debra Meyer, husband and wife;
5. The name and address of the person who prepared the deeds should
be added after the phrase: "THIS INSTRUMENT WAS DRAFTED
BY:' ; and
6. The name and address of w' qere the real estate tax statements should
be sent must be completed.
