SUBJ: KlemBank Summer Concert Series
The 2014 K1einBank Summer Concert Series presented by the City of
Chanhassen featured ten outdoor concerts at City Center Park Plaza. Each
concert consisted of an hour -long performance and was free of charge to the
public. This was an increase of two total concerts from the 2013 series schedule.
Park Intern, Ben Domjahn, assisted with the coordination of the series. He was
responsible for verifying performance details with the bands, organizing the
concessions and concert setup.
Attendance averaged approximately 295 people per show. Each concert featured
a different type of music including jazz, country, and blues. This year also
featured two interactive kids' performances, including one daytime and one
evening performance. The highest attended concert was 3 Dillmans on July 17,
with an estimated 500 people in attendance.
