VARIANCE 2014 -20
1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen
hereby grants the following variance:
The Chanhassen Planning Commission approves Planning Case #2014 -20
for a 13 -foot bluff setback variance to permit the construction of a water -
oriented structure on a property zoned Single - Family Residential District.
2. Proper . The variance is for property situated in the City of Chanhassen, Carver
County, Minnesota, and legally described as follows:
Lot 7, Block 1, Cedar Crest (Chan) Addition
3. Condition. The variance approval is subject to the following conditions:
a. The builder shall mitigate any potential drainage issues.
b. The builder shall apply for a building permit and meet all requirements of said
permit.
4. Lapse. If within one (1) year of the issuance of this variance the allowed
construction has not been substantially completed, this variance shall lapse.
