NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV
will hold a public hearing on
Monday, August 25, 2014, at 7:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers
in Chanhassen City Hall, 7700
Market Blvd. The purpose of
this hearing is to consider a
request for a metes and bounds
subdivision ( Harvieux Addition)
of a .90 -acre parcel into two (2)
lots (reestablishing Lots 1 & 2 as
separate lots) on property zoned
Single - Family Residential (RSF)
and located at 6601 Horseshoe
Curve. Applicant/Owner: Ron
Harvieux.

for public review on the City's
web site at www.ci.chanhasseh.
mn.us /2014 -25 or at City Hall
during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited
to attend this public hearing
and express their opinions with
respect to this proposal.
