A RESOLUTION APPROVING A
METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION
OF LOTS 1 AND 2, HARVIEUX ADDITION,
RONALD HARVIEUX
WHEREAS, Ronald Harvieux has requested a metes and bounds subdivision of his
property into two single - family lots of 15,064 square feet and 18,442 square feet; and
WHEREAS, the property was previously subdivided in September 2005 as Harvieux
Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with all requirements of the Chanhassen
City Code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is consistent with the Chanhassen Comprehensive
Plan and Zoning ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
approves the metes and bounds subdivision separating Lots 1 and 2, Harvieux Addition into
separate lots subject to the following conditions:
1. The property shall comply with the original conditions of approval for the Harvieux
Addition, Planning Case #2005 -26.
2. Deeds shall be recorded at Carver County creating the new lots.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 25a' day August of 2014.
