NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2014-35
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request to
Rezone 5.02 acres of property from Neighborhood Business (BN) to Planned Unit Development
(PUD); and Site Plan Review with Variances for a 4,000 square -foot retail building with a drive -
thru located at 2401 Highway 7. Applicant/Owner: SCP PE CHAN, LLC (Paster Enterprises,
LLC).
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us /2014 -35 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
