Good news! It turns out we had previously had a separate commitment
done, that covers the full plat and mentions nothing of the new plat so
it should be nice and clean.

FYI – The plat mylars and certified resolution for Villages on the
Ponds 10th Addition, and the site plan agreement for The Village Shoppes
of Chanhassen will be delivered to you within the next two hours for
your review prior to recording. The title company would like to pick up
the documents and take them to Carver County for recording as soon as
you have completed your review. Their contact information is on the
attached transmittal.
