NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2014-30
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen City Council will hold a public
hearing on Monday, November 24, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a metes and
bounds subdivision of a .69-acre parcel into two (2) lots on property zoned Single Family

Residential (RSF) and located at 2061 West 65 Street (Lot 3, Block 2, Moline's Addition, PID
25-5350070). Applicant/Owner: John & Kimberly Corey.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2014-30 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
