VARIANCE 2014 -32
1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen
hereby grants the following variance:
The Chanhassen City Council approves Planning Case #2014 -32 for a 2.7
percent hard surface coverage variance to allow a driveway expansion for
a total of 27.7 percent hard cover to permit the construction of a driveway
to a single - family home on property zoned Single - Family Residential
District located at 7015 Sandy Hook Circle.
2. Prove . The variance is for property situated in the City of Chanhassen, Carver
County, Minnesota, and legally described as Lot 3, Block 3, Colonial Grove at Lotus Lake 2d
Addition.
3. Condition. The variance approval is subject to the following condition:
a. The applicant shall apply for a zoning permit prior to construction.
4. Lapse. If within one (1) year of the issuance of this variance the allowed
construction has not been substantially completed, this variance shall lapse.
