received a request to increase the license capacity of Next Steps Learning Center, from
94 to 100 children. Next Steps Learning Center is a child care center licensed under
Minnesota Rules, part 9503.0005 to 9503.0170. The child care center is located at 1430
Park Court, Chanhassen, MN 55317.
Issuance of this license is subject to compliance with the provisions of Minnesota
Statutes, Chapter 245A.
If you do not contact the Division of Licensing within 30 days of receipt of this letter, we
will consider this facility to be in compliance with your local zoning code.
