NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2015-02
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, January 20, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen City
Variance
Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a for an
accessory structure in excess of 1,000 square feet on approximately 2.5 acres of property zoned

Agricultural Estate (A2) and located at 750 West 96 Street. Applicant: Carissa & Steve Haverly.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2015-02 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
