NOTICE OF HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2015-05
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
hearing on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen City
Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to review a request for a Concept Planned
Use Development for a Regional Lifestyle Center on five parcels totaling 118 acres on property zoned
Agricultural Estate District (A-2) with a land use designation of Regional Commercial or Office use,
and located at the southwest corner of Lyman and Powers Boulevards. The concept plan includes
residential, commercial and office uses. Applicant: Carlston Developments.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2015-05 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
