PLANNING CASE NO. 2014 -33
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, November
10, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers in Chanhassen City
Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The
purpose of this hearing is to
consider a request for variance
for accessory structures in
excess of 1,000 square feet on
approximately 4.5 acres of
property zoned Agricultural
Estate (A -2) and located at 610
West 96th Street. Applicant:
Robert and Christin Boeckeu
A plan showing the location
of the proposal is available
for public review on the City's
web site at www.ci.chanhassen.
mn.us /2014 -33 or at City Hall
during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited
to attend this public hearing
and express their opinions with
respect to this proposal.
