Meyer easement amendment
We are writing to support the motion to amend the conservations easement for the property owners of 2224
Lukewood Drive in order to construct a swimming pool. We live kitty corner to this property and we think the
pool is consistent with the family friendly feeling of our neighborhood. The Meyers, owners of the property,
take exceptionally good care of their yard and their house and we are confident that they will be as
conscientious concerning a pool area. A neighbor a few doors down already has a pool and we have not
noticed any detrimental issues arising due to its existence. Therefore, we are in favor of amending the
conservation easement at 2224 Lukewood Drive to allow for the building of a pool.
