Dear Michael and Megan,
This letter is to formally notify you that on January 12, 2015, the Chanhassen City Council adopted the
following motion:
"The Chanhassen City Council approves the Amendment to the Conservation Easement for 2224 Lukewood
Drive."
Attached is the document that must be signed and notarized and returned to City Hall for recording. If it's
more convenient, I have printed the document and added it to the case file so that you can come to City Hall
to sign the papers with one of the notaries here. City Hall is open M —F, S am — 4:30 pm. Just to be clear, the
building permit for the pool cannot be approved until the document is recorded with Carver County.
