Dear Mr. Brockpahler:
Per our conversation on your property, the City has determined that your property
(1850 Lake Drive West) is noncompliant with Conditional Use Permit (CUP) #01-02,
Conditions (b) which reads:
Conditions. The permit is issued subject to the following conditions:
b. No outdoor storage of material or equipment shall be permitted.
Chanhassen is a Community for Life - Providing for Today and Planning for Tomorrow
It is the intent of the City to work with you to bring the property into compliance with CUP #01-
02. Please provide the city with your intent to remove the outdoor storage on the property, which
outlines a timeframe for the removal of the materials, no later than Friday, March 27, 2015. The
plan for removing these items can be sent through either email (send to
dingvalson@ci.chanhassen.mn.us) or traditional mail (Attn: Drew Ingvalson, P.O. Box 147,
Chanhassen, MN 55317). Additionally, it is recommended that you consider amending CUP
#01-02 to allow screened outdoor storage if you foresee outdoors storage being an annual issue.
